In the "painting" you can see the small houses of the slum contrasting with the huge buildings of the nearby noble neighborhood.

I really do hope that the painting would have been different, but the painter could not promote equality to everybody. Who would be such ashamed painter!?



EDIT: I changed the colors to black and white. I think it is much better now, I don't even know why I didn't do that before. The white wall looks so much better on this version.

yes the B&W works here very well..i might have cropped the shadow on the right out of it that bounces on the wall......make it really look like a painting with out it :) try it carlos;)

I tried removing the shadow, tried a square crop... I dunno but I loved this shadow... Anyways, thanks Trish!

i think by adding a frame to this pic would add....it would really "frame" it......but hey if you like this way !! leave it alone !! :)
